Use this site only for lawful purposes. Unless separate written permission is provided, all music, images, names, marks, text, and other site content remain protected and may not be copied, sampled, distributed, sold, or commercially used. Links to third-party services are provided for convenience; their own terms apply.

SMS Terms & Conditions — CLUBWURF

Last updated: October 17, 2026. These terms apply to the CLUBWURF SMS marketing program operated by Slugwurf Music, LLC (“Slugwurf,” “we,” or “us”) through slugwurf.com, when available. Reading these terms does not subscribe you to texts.

Program and consent

By separately opting in to CLUBWURF text messages, you agree to receive recurring marketing SMS/MMS messages from Slugwurf at the mobile number you provide, including messages sent using automated technology. Messages may include music and release news, beat and sound-kit drops, merchandise offers, events, and collaboration or other opportunities. Order, shipping, and appointment notifications are handled by email and are not part of this SMS program.

SMS consent is voluntary and is not a condition of any purchase. Joining our email list, accepting cookies, making a purchase, or providing a number for another purpose does not enroll you in marketing texts. Any SMS consent checkbox must be selected by you and will not be preselected.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies. Additional messages may be sent when you interact with the program or request assistance. Message and data rates may apply under your wireless plan. Contact your carrier for details. Slugwurf does not charge a separate fee to subscribe to these marketing texts.

How to stop messages

Reply STOP to any CLUBWURF marketing text to opt out. We also honor other reasonable requests to withdraw consent. You may receive a single non-promotional message confirming your opt-out; no further marketing texts will be sent unless you provide a new opt-in. You may also request an opt-out through our privacy request form. Include the mobile number concerned so we can identify the subscription, but never send passwords or verification codes. Unsubscribing from SMS does not automatically unsubscribe you from email, which has its own unsubscribe controls.

Help and eligibility

Reply HELP for assistance or use our Contact form and mention CLUBWURF SMS. You must be at least 18 and the account holder or authorized user of the number you enroll. If your number changes or is reassigned, opt out and notify us before enrolling a replacement number.

Delivery and privacy

Delivery depends on your carrier, device, and network availability. Messages may be delayed or fail to arrive; availability on every carrier is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that applicable law does not allow us to limit.

Our SMS Privacy Policy explains how we handle mobile information and consent records. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data or consent will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Changes and contact

We may change or discontinue the program or update these terms, subject to applicable law. Material changes will be communicated as required; a policy update alone will not expand your SMS consent. Music submissions

By submitting music, you confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to share it for consideration and that it does not violate another person’s rights or confidentiality. You retain ownership. You grant Slugwurf a limited, nonexclusive, royalty-free right to receive, review, and administer the submission solely to evaluate a possible collaboration.

A submission is not confidential and does not require Slugwurf to review, respond, collaborate, pay, credit, or enter an agreement. Similar or independently created material may already exist. No submitted material may be released or commercially used by Slugwurf without a separate written agreement. You are responsible for claims resulting from a breach of your promises in this section.

Purchases and services

Beat licenses, custom production, digital products, merchandise, and other transactions may have additional terms presented at purchase or in a separate agreement. Product availability, pricing, and site information may change. The Returns & Refunds Policy applies where relevant.

Disclaimers and liability

The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, Slugwurf disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from site use or a submission. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Privacy, updates, and contact
